Return Policy
INCORRECT SIZE OR CHANGE OF MIND
Melissa Australia will gladly exchange for a REFUND or an ON-LINE CREDIT VOUCHER for incorrect size or change of mind. Goods must be returned within 30 days from purchase, not have been worn or damaged and returned in the same condition as they were received. Where provided any dust bags or designer packaging such as authenticity tags etc must be included with your return. Goods received by us that are damaged or worn will not be accepted.
The ON-LINE CREDIT VOUCHER will be issued to the same value of the returned product. It will be valid for 1 year on our website.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
1 Complete the Return Request Form which is in the HELP section (here). Advise if you want a REFUND or an ON-LINE CREDIT VOUCHER.
If possible PRINT a copy, then hit the SUBMIT button on the bottom right.
(NOTE: YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM US ADVISING THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURN REQUEST FORM).
2 Return the shoes & the printed Form to us at the following address:

3 Once we receive and process we will email you notification of your REFUND or your ON-LINE CREDIT VOUCHER for you to use.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods will be deemed faulty if they are received damaged by the customer or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Normal wear and tear are not considered to be a fault. Upon receipt of the returned goods Melissa Australia will inspect the goods and if deemed faulty a credit will be issued to the customer. Please follow the above Returns Procedure for faulty goods.
IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE
• No exchange or refund is offered on earrings.
• When returning goods to Melissa Australia freight will be at the customer’s expense unless if the goods are faulty, in which case the customer will be reimbursed.
• All returned goods must be received first at our head office before any refund or store credit can be processed. It will take approximately 24 hours from receipt of the goods.
• We will only accept returns within 30 days from purchase.
